We pride ourselves on holding good stocks of these products at our warehouse/showroom in the Midlands and offering advanced technical support by our support staff at no extra cost (who always seem to be busy remotely assisting and fine tuning what are very technical products).

Due to the popularity of Hikvision, more people have been 'jumping on the bandwagon' with many of the products being grey imports (especially the too good to be true cheap ones) with software issues and zero support.

There are however some unauthorized resellers with genuine UK stock meant for installation partners. Despite a shiny new website, such sellers operate out of their bedroom, don't hold their own stocks (so have unreliable availability & drop ship) and offer limited advice and support. Also should they cease to exist, (which there is a good possibility of with Hikvision clamping down on unauthorized re-sellers) you will be well and truly stuck for a replacement.
