Our more traditional style Coax DVRs are both backwards compatible with older TVL analogue caeras,4 but also support all formats of HD over coax camera (HD-TVI, HD-CVI and AHD) but not HD-SDI (a digital format that went by the wayside).
These DVRs can also support the odd IP camera or two when added through your network seperately and support full mobile/network viewing just like an IP NVR. The only difference is how the cameras connect.
