Hikvision for the Installer: E-Learning and Hik Partner Pro (Site Management App).
Hikvision are always looking to make things easier for the installer, the previously named Hik Pro Connect was recently renamed ‘Hik Partner Pro’, which is the must-have installer platform with app allowing you to setup and configure devices for a customer before allowing you to hand over the site. You can still retain certain configuration and health monitoring permissions or request permissions for temporary access to cameras for example. Co-branding is also available for small fee.
The app has many other useful features including SADP tool, batch firmware updating and a product finding feature to help with quotations. The app also points towards the eLearning facility:
Hikvision e-Learning is available for installers and integrators to sign up for self-paced (videos) or instructor-lead training both online and offline formats with practical exams and certification.
