When triggered, the white light also acts as an active deterrent. As part of the Ajax system, the camera coordinates smoothly with intrusion, fire, and automation devices. Everything is controlled through a single Ajax app, ensuring secure access and data protection.

Full-color visibility, even in the dark

Hybrid illumination in TurretCam HL cameras automatically switches between infrared and white light based on object recognition or motion detection. This ensures high image quality in low-light conditions and at night. The feature provides full-color footage that helps identify clothing, vehicle color, or other critical details. The sudden white light can also act as a deterrent, making intruders aware they have been spotted.

Select from a variety of lens options to match your installation needs. Use wide-angle lenses for open areas such as building perimeters, or choose a narrower view for corridors and compact spaces. Higher resolution provides better coverage and detail over extensive areas, while lower resolution is ideal for limited spaces where ultra-high detail is not a priority.

Ajax cameras easily adapt to changing lightning conditions thanks to True WDR. This smart technology, involving hardware and software, corrects uneven lighting in complex scenes, frame by frame, in real time. True WDR provides excellent video quality with clear details and is configured in Ajax apps. The process is simple and allows for instant enhancement in video quality.

Camera empowered by AI

Ajax cameras offer AI-powered object recognition for efficient event recording and storage. Users can configure recording based on their needs, from continuous to triggered by motion or AI detection. The settings help capture critical events, such as a vehicle entering a parking area or a person crossing a restricted zone. This helps to reduce unnecessary footage and makes it easier to review recordings.

AI processing takes place directly in the camera, eliminating the need for additional equipment or subscriptions.
